Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, professional background, and evaluation responses submitted through DisruptAim, SpeakAim, or this website. We do not collect payment data — all payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
How we use your data
Your data is used to: provide AI-assisted evaluations, match you with relevant programs and operators, conduct human review of your application, and communicate with you about your status. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data under: contract performance (providing the evaluation service you requested), legitimate interest (improving our services, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).
Data sharing
We share your data only with: trusted service providers (AI evaluation platform, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements; legal authorities when required by applicable law; and with your explicit consent for operator or venture matching. We do not transfer your data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, contact us at backaim@protonmail.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Data retention
Evaluation data is retained for up to 24 months from submission. Inactive accounts are anonymized after 36 months. Legal and compliance records are retained for the period required by applicable law. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Cookies
This website uses essential cookies only (session management, security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
